Aims and Scope

Journal of Global Business and Development (JGBD) is an international journal for business, management, marketing, finance, accounting, economics and so on. It publishes articles that deal with the theory and practice of business and management specially those who contribute in the economics  development of communities and countries. Authors are encouraged to share their ideas that can influence the real-time business and management scenario. JGBD welcomes papers that are interdisciplinary in nature including business, economics, management, strategic management concepts, marketing management, rural development, women empowerment, international human resource management (IHRM), foreign direct investment (FDI), financial change, technology in business,  human resource management (HRM), leadership, marketing strategy, entrepreneurship,  strategic planning, strategic decisions concern and so on

The goal of JGBD is to circulate the up-to-date thinking and innovations into research papers concerning business and management all over the world. Hence, the JGBD’s purpose is to include original papers from developed and developing countries. The journal is published in English (American and British) only. Preference is particularly given to written and well-organised papers that embrace an international issue or perspective related to business and management.
