Aims and Scope


Journal of International Business and Management (JIBM) provides an outlet for research, which advances our understanding of Business and management discipline. It publishes articles that deal with the theory and practice of Business and management, especially those who contribute in the development of ideas that can influence the real-time business and management scenario. Therefore, JIBM welcomes papers that are interdisciplinary in nature including business, management, strategic management concepts, marketing management, foreign direct investment, international human resource management (IHRM), human resource management (HRM), leadership, marketing strategy, entrepreneurship, management information systems (MIS), customer relationship management, strategic planning, strategic decisions concern and knowledge management.

The goal of JIBM is to circulate the up-to-date thinking and innovations into research papers concerning business and management all over the world. Hence, the JIBM’s purpose is to include original papers from developed and developing countries. The journal is published in English (American and British) only. Preference is particularly given to written and well-organised papers that embrace an international issue or perspective related to business and management.
