 Aims and Scope 

The International Tourism and Hospitality Journal (ITHJ) provides an outlet for research, which advances our understanding of Tourism and Hospitality discipline. It publishes articles that deal with the theory and practice of tourism and hospitality, especially those who contribute in the development of ideas that can influence the real-time tourism and hospitality arena. Therefore, ITHJ welcomes papers that are interdisciplinary in nature including Hospitality and Tourism, Hotel Management, Hotel Operations, Hospitality and Tourism Law, Casino Management, Menu and Food Production Management, Critical Issues in the Food Industry, Event Management, Hospitality Management Communication, Lodging and Accommodation, Catering and Banquet Management, Meeting, Convention, Tourism Policy and Planning, Hospitality Marketing Management, Culture, Heritage & Entrepreneurship, Culinary Theory & Practice, International Economics and Tourism, Bakery and Patisseries,  Organization Leadership in Tourism Resort and Recreation Management and Travel Agency Management.

The goal of ITHJ is to circulate the up-to-date thinking and innovations into research papers concerning tourism and hospitality all over the world. Hence, the ITHJ’s purpose is to include original papers from developed and developing countries. The journal is published in English (American and British) only. Preference is particularly given to written and well-organised papers that embrace an international issue or perspective related to tourism and hospitality.
